DEPARTMENT D - ARTS & PHOTOGRAPHY Carrie Trinkle 433-1704, Michelle DeFant 433-0165, Sheri Spears 475-0754 RULES 1. Please read general rules and regulations beginning on page 12. 2. Exhibits are to be entered Sunday, August 20 between 9:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m. 3. Judging will be on Monday, August 21. 4. No one will be allowed in the department during judging. 5. All entries, which include more than one piece, must be mounted on a moveable base. The exhibit cannot exceed 18 inches x 18 inches in size. 6. Photographs must be framed. No loose photos. 7. Model planes, cars, etc. must be sanded, glued and painted by exhibitor. These exhibits must be mounted on a moveable base. No pre-assembled items will be accepted. 8. Scenes and dioramas are a group of models or figures mounted on a base depicting a scene. 9. All models will be judged using the following criteria: Basic assembly, neatness, quality of paint job overall effect and authenticity of vehicle. 10. Collections can contain no more than 20 (twenty) items. 11. All exhibits must be done by exhibitor during past year. 12. Photographs cannot exceed 11" x 12". 13.
