In May 1992, specific Rules and Regulations were set-up to assist the Chelsea Fair Queen’s Committee and the Chelsea Fair Board.  These Rules and Regulations will be explained and given to each contestant immediately following each years entry deadline.  Each contestant is required to complete a Contestant Entry Form which is to be submitted to the Fair Queens Committee with her Contestant Information Form and Judges Information Form.

Also beginning in 1992, a specific contract for the Chelsea Community Fair Queen was implemented which explains the Queens duties and the requirements that need to be fulfilled to be eligible for the $1,000.00 Scholarship.
