RULES
1. Please read general rules and regulations beginning on page 12.
2. Exhibits are to be entered between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 20.
3. Judging will be done on Monday, August 21.
4. No one will be allowed in the department during judging.
5. All baked goods must be made by the exhibitor.
6. All items using eggs must be cooked to 150 degrees F.
7. No commercial mixes are allowed except decorated cakes.
8. Decorated cakes can be decorated over a box, etc. but no cake forms allowed.
9. Cakes, Coffee Cakes and Pies will have a portion removed with remaining amount returned
immediately. This does not include Decorated Cakes.
10. ALL EXHIBITS must remain on display until 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 27. Please pick up
exhibits between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 27.
