RULES
1. Judging of the display areas will take place on the opening afternoon of the Fair.
2. Merchant' Building is open daily during the fair from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m.
3. SET-UP will be on Sunday before the fair from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. and Monday
before the Fair from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
4. Merchant season passes and merchant parking passes will be distributed on the days of set-up.
5. All merchants must have copy of their liability insurance, naming Chelsea Community Fair as
additional insured for the amount of $100,000.
6. REMOVAL OF DISPLAYS - Displays must be removed between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on
the Sunday after the Fair. Special arrangements may be made with the Superintendents for a
later take-down on the Monday after the Fair.
